Initiate Your Request
Log into your Worthwrap account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, all personal data is removed, and place it back in its original box with all included cables and manuals.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
